Yes, you can hire the bicycle delivery service at your location after paying for the service in the “accessories” section.
For groups, we offer a special delivery and collection service depending on the number of bicycles reserved.
CAN SOMEONE COME AND PICK ME UP IF I HAVE A PROBLEM ON THE ROAD?
We do not have an emergency service but we provide the bicycles with a contact telephone number for emergencies.

DO YOU HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT ROUTES?
Yes, we have different routes to be able to download in GPX or to view through platforms such as STRAVA.
IS IT NECESSARY TO WEAR A SAFETY VEST ON THE STREETS?
The use of a safety vest is RECOMMENDED. The blue signs you see here are not mandatory signs, they are informational signs. However, if you drive in the dark, lighting is mandatory (front + rear). If your lights are not working for any reason, such as dead batteries, then you should wear a reflective safety vest or reflective clothing such as a t-shirt with reflective stripes on the back.
WHERE CAN I LEAVE THE BIKE OVERNIGHT?
Many hotels have options to park your bike, for example.
DO YOU OFFER RENTAL BIKES WITH CHILD SEATS?
No, unfortunately we do not have child seats and we do not have child trailers available.

DO YOU RENT BIKE SHOES?
No, we do not rent shoes, please bring your own, however you can find shoes for sale in our stores.
I HAVE RESERVED A BIKE BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RESERVATION CONFIRMATION YET. WHAT I CAN DO?

CAN I PICK UP MY BIKE THE NIGHT BEFORE THE DAY OF THE RESERVATION?
No. Rentals always eat in the morning of the first day indicated in the reservation (see opening hours). It is not possible to pick up the bike in the afternoon of the previous day because we cannot guarantee that it is available, nor that it is ready and prepared to rent according to our quality standards.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT THE HELMET?
The helmet is free. During the online booking process, you must select the size.
IS THE BIKE INSURED AGAINST THEFT?
No theft insurance included in the contract: There are no insurance companies that provide theft insurance for bicycles for commercial use.
IS THE BIKE INSURED AGAINST DAMAGE?
Not within the rental price. You can book (online and in our stores) damage insurance for very little money, it is valid for 7 days. This insurance can be used for road bikes, E-Bikes (Not for e-MTBs), trekking bikes and urban bikes.
CAN I GET INSURANCE WITH THE BICYCLE?
Yes. You can contract a limited insurance for damage to the bicycle, this insurance does not include: theft, vandalism or use by third parties of the bike. The person who rents the bike will have to assume the costs of the damages that are not covered by the insurance. The person renting the bike must immediately report any damage to the bike in order to repair it immediately. The costs of damage caused by crashes, misuse or vandalism must be paid by the person who rented the bike. Damage costs cannot be deducted from the rental deposit. Both parties are subject to the courts and the laws of the city in which the rental agreement was issued. .

IS THE BIKE RENTAL VALID FOR 24 HOURS?
No, the rental is valid for one day: One (1) day rental is picked up and delivered the same day.
IS THERE A DELIVERY AND COLLECTION SERVICE AT MY HOTEL?
No, the bicycles are delivered to our stores, in this way we can offer the best service.

WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE STORE AND IT IS CLOSED, WHAT CAN I DO?
You must wait for it to reopen to deliver the bicycle and for the operator to verify that everything is in order. Tribike reserves the right to charge the rental price for one day in these cases.
DO I HAVE A SURCHARGE IF I RETURN THE BICYCLE AFTER THE CONTRACTED PERIOD?
Yes, Tribike reserves the right to NOT refund the deposit in these cases.
DO YOU OFFER TOURS?
No, but we have routes that you can upload to your watch or GPS device or view on your phone through the wikiloc or strava platform.
DO I WANT TO RENT SEVERAL BIKES FOR A GROUP?
In the case of wanting to rent several bicycles, send an email to reservas@tribike.es and we will make you a personalized proposal.

WHAT BRANDS OF BIKES DO YOU RENT?
We rent bicycles of the brands CANNONDALE, BMC, CERVELO, MUSTACHE and SPECIALIZED
DOES THE BIKE CARRY A PUNCTURE REPAIR KIT?
Yes, all bikes are equipped with a saddle bag that contains a spare inner tube and tire levers. They are also equipped with a mini pump and two bottle holders attached to the bike. If you wish, contact cards with local taxi numbers are also available on request.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY CYCLING ACCESSORIES AND SPARE PARTS NEARBY IF NECESSARY?
Yes, the Bike Center has a variety of spare parts including water bottles and sports nutrition. In addition, our sports store also has a wide range of products including clothing.
DO YOU RENT PREMIUM BIKES?
YES, we like performance and we have top level bikes.
CAN I BOOK A PREMIUM BIKE FOR ONLY ONE DAY?
The minimum rental period for this type of bicycle is three days. These bicycles cannot be rented only for one day.
I HAVE TRIED TO RESERVE A PREMIUM BIKE ONLINE, BUT MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE, WHAT CAN I DO?
Our full bike availability is displayed online and is automatically updated when there are cancellations, so if your size is not available we recommend trying another time.

MY VACATION HAS BEEN CANCELED. CAN I GET A REFUND FOR THE BIKE RENTAL?
Yes, please make sure to re-send us your original booking confirmation email, which should clearly show the details of the invoice, for example,
CAN THE REFUND BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER?
For security reasons, the refund will be made to the card or Paypal account with which the original payment was made.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please note that the estimated time for your refund is 30 days. Due to the very high volume of requests, our administration department is working as quickly as possible to process all returns. If the money has not been received within 30 days, please contact us!
CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION FOR ANOTHER DATE?
Yes, as long as you notify us at least 5 weeks before the date of your reservation.
